Biography
The house: Believed to be built in 1895 for Ross Hammond. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 water heaters, 2 furnaces and 2 Central A/Cs. The house was turned into a duplex in the 1940s, and at that time, it was remodeled extensively. The house has tons of Eastlake hardware throughout, so it's a guess that's the architectural style.
